This webinar will outline OHTs’ responsibilities under the French Language Services Act in both designated and non-designated areas of the province. Resource materials to support OHTs in meeting these responsibilities will be shared, with a particular focus on the Active Offer of French Language Health Services training. This training is a modular course designed to support the design and delivery of French language health services across Ontario and is critical to the delivery of safe and quality person-centered care.
