This month the HSPN OHT webinar focuses on the use of data to inform OHT activity. This is the second in the Learning Health System (LHS) webinar series. Here we focus on the first “gear” of the action framework for the LHS: Analytics and Population Insights. We will examine the use of population data and the use of local neighbourhood data, the use of patient experience data and the use of linked primary care data to identify populations and priority health outcome improvements across a range of OHTs.
