The Ontario Caregiver Organization is pleased to offer a learning opportunity for Ontario Health Teams.

Ontario is home to more than 3.3 million caregivers who play a critical role in integrated care, transitions, and health outcomes. The importance of caregivers has been recognized as a priority for Ontario Health Teams. This webinar will highlight resources and opportunities for caregiver support and engagement within OHTs.
