In 2022, we are running a series of events on Quadruple Aim Measures for Ontario Health Teams (OHTs): April is Patient/Client Experience Month.

Come join us as we review our approach to patient experience measurement; show results from over 4000 respondents to our survey and discuss with OHTs how and why they are using patient experience in their local work.
