Members of the Minister’s Patient and Family and Advisory Council, in collaboration with the Ministry of Health and Ontario Health will host an OHT Virtual Engagement Series webinar on September 27, 2021 from 12:00 – 1:15 pm. The webinar will provide guidance and facilitate a discussion as OHTs undertake work to adopt the provincial Declaration of Values as part of their TPA Deliverable.
Audience: this webinar is open to teams at all stages of implementation and may be of particular interest to engagement staff leads and patient, family and caregiver partners.
