This one-hour session will include an overview of the digital health and virtual care funding opportunities available to support OHTs, In Development Teams and other health care providers with the implementation of their digital and virtual care plans. This session will aim to address what we are hearing from organizations and providers and highlight proposed improvements to the application process.
Audience: Ontario Health Teams, In Development Teams and organizations interested in these funding opportunities from areas such as: digital health, health information management, decision support, patient and family engagement, and clinical. Targeted to approved Cohort 1 and 2 teams, In Development teams, and other health system stakeholders.
