The Ministry of Health (ministry) and Ontario Health (OH) will be hosting an “OHT Virtual Engagement Series” information session on August 11, 2021, from 12:00 – 1:00 p.m.
This 1-hour session will be focused on the development and planning of collaborative Quality Improvement Plans (cQIPs) for FY 2022-23.
This session will include an overview of the cQIP structure, areas of focus, and associated indicators to measure collaborative quality improvement activities at the OHT-level.
Audience: All approved Cohort 1 and Cohort 2 teams. In Development teams are also welcomed to join for awareness/interest.
