The former Durham OHT Fellow Nisha Benny along with her OHT host mentor Cathy Slevin will be speaking about their experience using design thinking on a priority project within the OHT. This presentation will focus on the application of Design Thinking tools in the developmental evaluation of a Leading Project with the Durham OHT. This developmental evaluation specifically explored the current experience of service providers in the delivery of community and home-based services.
