OHT FY 24-25 TPA guidance webinar

This one-hour session facilitated by Ontario Health will provide an overview of the deliverables within the new FY 2024-25 Multi-Year OHT Agreement. We will also provide guidance for all OHTs on how to complete these deliverables and answer any questions about the agreement. If you have any questions you can submit them in advance to OntarioHealthTeams@ontariohealth.ca, or you will have an opportunity to ask your question during the Q&A portion of the webinar. To manage webinar size, we ask that each OHT limit the number of participants joining to 3, please ensure to include clinical and Patient, Family, and Caregiver representatives. Note the webinar will be recorded and the recording will be shared with all teams via the Regions after the session. The webinar materials and a discussion summary (including Q&As) will be broadly circulated post-webinar.
