This session will be the first of a seven-part engagement learning series. This series will focus on building connections and competencies for meaningful patient engagement. Each 90-minute monthly session will include interactive expert panels and Q&A. We encourage attendance for all sessions. The first session will focus on learning about key practices in relationship building including active listening, demonstrating compassion and empathy, and building rapport.
