Collaborative leadership for Ontario Health Teams
The leadership skills and competencies required to co-create OHTs as trusted networks across partners, patients, clinicians and communities are beyond the positional leadership roles required to run an individual organization. This webinar provided an overview of the principles of collaborative leadership and introduced and explored the competencies and paradigms required to mobilize across sectors to advance positive change.
