Demystifying co-design in healthcare

Community Health Ontario (CHO) Building Collaboration Capacity for Ontario Health Teams webinar series. 

The second webinar is a DIY on co-designing solutions with patients and caregivers.  Building on the engagement webinar, the session provides participants with the what, why, and how of co-design by providing practical approaches for implementation.  The content will be augmented by examples from the Changing CARE initiative whereby project teams co-designed and implemented change ideas to improve the caregiver experience.
