This webinar is designed to support Ontario Health Teams (OHTs) in strengthening their approaches to meaningful engagement with Indigenous communities within healthcare and service settings.

The session will explore the ongoing impacts of colonization and historical mistrust, emphasizing the importance of building trust and fostering cultural safety. It will highlight how respectful, reciprocal relationships contribute to improved outcomes and underscore the value of culturally responsive, strengths-based approaches.

Participants will engage with real-world case studies that demonstrate effective community engagement in action, along with guided reflection questions to support learning and self-awareness.
