Session details and registration

RISE is convening six peer sharing and learning sessions and five peer problem-solving sessions between October 2026 and March 2027.

Peer sharing and learning sessions are usually convened on the third Thursday of every month from 12 - 1 pm, are open to everyone, and structured around two key components:

  • didactic overview of core concepts and principles (including how the LEADS capabilities apply to the topic)
  • ‘case-based’ approach with illustrative examples of ‘how to’ from peer PCN Clinical Leads and/or dyads of PCN Clinical Leads and OHT executive directors.

Peer problem-solving sessions are usually convened on the fourth Thursday of every month from 12-1pm, are open to (and driven by) PCN Clinical Leads and key PCN/OHT members who are interested in interacting with their peers in solving specific problems related to the peer sharing and learning session topic covered the week prior.

  • October 14 (12-1 pm): How can PCN Clinical Leads advance the PCN and local environment through shared purpose and local clinical leadership?
  • November 19 (12-1 pm): How can PCN Clinical Leads engage other PC clinicians in the work of the PCN and OHT?
  • December 17 (12-1 pm): How can PCN Clinical Leads develop coalitions within, across and beyond PCNs to equitably achieve results with cancer screening?
  • January 21 (12-1 pm): How can PCN Clinical Leads use implementation and change enablement approaches to achieve results with PC attachment?
  • February 18 (12-1 pm): How can PCN Clinical Leads apply leadership capabilities to support the adoption of digital solutions?
  • March 18 (12-1 pm): How can Clinical Leads use implementation and change enablement approaches to achieve results with PCN communications?
