As Ontario Health Teams evolve, their ability to measure, interpret, and act on performance data is central to achieving integrated care. On October 28, 2025 we are turning attention to explore how OHTs are approaching performance management and performance measurement. We will review our formative evaluation of HSPN's performance reports and review best practices in performance management. Are OHTs able to measure and manage performance to achieve their purpose?
