Join the ALIGN (Advancing Leadership and Integrated Governance Networks) program for an interactive peer learning session designed to support Ontario Health Teams (OHTs) and their Primary Care Networks (PCNs). Providing OHT and PCN leaders with a multi-directional learning space, these drop-in sessions aim to strengthen collaborative leadership competencies and support the development and maturation of PCN governance structures and processes. This first drop-in will focus on the importance of PCN leadership and governance within OHTs – see brief attached. Participants can submit questions ahead when they register, join the conversation during the session, or simply listen to others’ experiences for shared learning. Registration is required.
