As OHTs plan for new models of care in Ontario and caregivers face increased burnout as a result of the pandemic, it is an ideal time for OHTs to create strategies to support caregivers.  The Ontario Caregiver Organization offers tools, solutions and resources that connect caregivers to supports for their own well-being. This session will share caregiver and OHT insights, explain why it is critical to support the well-being of caregivers, and provide guidance on how OHTs can enhance caregiver support.
