Who should attend:

Teams that have been invited by the ministry to complete a Full Application form and teams assessed as being In Development.

Webinar objectives:

This webinar will provide an overview of a central program of supports the ministry is building with its partners and will showcase supports that are currently accessible to teams. Presenters will include ministry staff and leads from RISE (Rapid Improvement Support and Exchange), a platform that is providing evidence-based supports to Ontario Health Teams. Teams will have the opportunity to ask questions.
