Introductory webinar about Ontario Health Teams: Focus on full application form

Who should attend:

Teams that have been invited by the ministry to complete a Full Application form and those who want to understand the form in greater detail.

Webinar objectives:

Following opening remarks by Christine Elliott, Deputy Premier and Minister of Health, and Helen Angus, Deputy Minister, the ministry will provide an orientation and technical walkthrough of the Full Application form. Teams will have the opportunity to ask questions about the form and the Full Application stage of the readiness assessment process.
