ALIGN PCN Leadership & Governance Peer Learning Session
Join the ALIGN (Advancing Leadership and Integrated Governance Networks) program for an interactive, peer-learning session for Ontario Health Teams (OHTs) and Primary Care Networks (PCNs). These informal learning opportunities offer a multidirectional learning space to strengthen collaborative leadership and advance PCN governance structures and processes. Topics are participant-driven, with opportunities to submit questions in advance, engage in real-time discussion, or listen for shared learning. Registration is required.
