As part of the McMaster Health Forum’s evidence synthesis team, Grace gathers and synthesizes evidence to support knowledge synthesis products, including rapid evidence profiles, living evidence profiles, evidence briefs and citizen briefs.

Grace received her Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) degree from McMaster University, with a semester abroad at Maastricht University in their Policy, Management, and Innovation specialization. In her undergraduate studies, Grace fostered a passion for equity-grounded health system approaches and innovations, completing her thesis under the supervision of Mike Wilson before joining the Forum full-time after graduation.

Grace has previous experience as a research assistant on the Strengthening a Palliative Approach in Long-Term Care team, delivering a multi-component intervention to support proactive and difficult conversations between residents, families, and long-term care staff. She also has experience working for a patient-support program, helping patients navigate the complexities of the health system by liaising with patients, physicians, pharmacies, and insurance companies.
