As Ontario Health Teams evolve towards incorporation, it is important and timely to conduct comprehensive evaluations. Internal evaluations provide the opportunity to elicit members’ perspectives on aspects such as communication, processes utilized, and readiness for change, and help with reflective practice, organizational learning, strategic planning, and team management and improvement. In this webinar, the Central West Ontario Health Team Sophiya Garasia (former OHT Fellow) and Emily Chichonski (Host Mentor) will share the creation and implementation of a self-assessment tool that can be utilized by Ontario Health Teams to internally evaluate their leadership, including the findings, lessons learned, and the next steps.
