Roberta Silva is a PhD student at Federal University of São Paulo (UNIFESP) in Brazil. Her research interests focus on: 1) the health system's infrastructures to support evidence-informed decision-making; 2) innovation of methods on evidence-informed policy. She has published articles in international and regional peer-reviewed journals.
She will spend 9 months at McMaster Health Forum in the fields of governance of collective-impact initiatives supporting evidence-informed decision-making and evidence synthesis methods. During this time, she works under the supervision of Prof. John N. Lavis.
She holds a Master’s degree (Human Nutrition) from the Faculty of Nutrition at University of Brasília (UnB).
