RISE launches new searchable OHT Supports Events Calendar

Are you interested in learning from Ontario Health Team (OHT) leaders, members of the OHT Central Program of Supports, and other health-system partners committed to the success of OHTs? Check out the new OHT Supports Events Calendar which features events (many of which are webinars) designed to support OHTs as they learn and improve rapidly in their use of a population-health management (PHM) approach, in putting in place the eight OHT building blocks, and in continuing to move the needle on quadruple-aim metrics.

The new event calendar allows you to easily find information on upcoming events or view resources from past events of particular interest to you. You can use an open search function or a set of filters to zero in on events by their host, target audience, target OHT role/function, and topic of interest.
