Peer profiles approach

RISE has initiated a co-design process to create a RISE brief for each of the I-12 OHT acceleration priorities. These briefs will profile the experiences and lessons learned from members of the I-12 (and any other OHTs) who have particularly rich insights to share about the priorities, while providing all OHTs with an opportunity to learn from peers and collaborate in efforts to advance a useful resource that can be used by all teams.

ICPs and PCNs are the first two acceleration priorities that will be addressed in this ‘peer profiles’ work. OHTs shared insights on their work with ICPs in the peer learning and sharing session held in October (see details in the next article) while insights on PCNs will be shared in November (see details in article above). Profiled OHTs were selected based on their self-identification as having experiences and lessons to share, a desire to ensure balanced coverage across the I-12 and the regions, and input from Ontario Health.
