This session will be the fourth of a seven-part engagement learning series. This series focuses on building connections and competencies for meaningful patient engagement. Each 90-minute monthly session will include interactive expert panels and Q&A. In this session we will explore how to work through and address miscommunication and conflict, and how to co-develop resolutions.
