'Staging the work' to improve your local primary care system

RISE is offering a new series for all those who are leading or participating in OHT/PCN work to collaborate virtually on ongoing and emergent OHT/PCN primary care priorities, including the priorities aligned with Ontario’s Primary Care Action Team. Building on the June 18th session where an overview to improving your local PC system was provided, this two-part miniseries will focus on ‘staging the work’.
Session 1 will help participants to:
- understand evidence informed approaches for determining how to ‘stage the work’/get started/where to go next in improving your local primary care system
- learn through real-life examples from peer teams
Session 2 (July 23, 11am-12pm) will allow participants to:
- discuss with peer OHTs/PCNs at similar stages to share learnings on what worked well
- problem solve with RISE coaches and peer OHTs/PCNs on challenges
- continue to adjust your workplan to improve your local primary care system
