The purpose of this event is to build momentum and support for OHT advancement across all OHTs, provide updates, information, and direction to all OHTs on priority topics, e.g., primary care networks, integrated clinical pathways, etc., and support shared learning and knowledge translation across the Initial 12 and all remaining OHTs.
