Adaptive leadership book club
Join the ALIGN team for an informal, lunch-friendly Adaptive Leadership Book Club meet-up exploring Parts 1 and 2 of The Practice of Adaptive Leadership (Heifetz et al., 2009). After revisiting key insights from Part 1, we’ll dive into Part 2—Diagnose the System—with time to discuss and apply ideas directly to your OHT context. Topics include the difference between technical and adaptive elements, archetypes of adaptive challenges, and the qualities of an adaptive organization. Designed for new and emerging OHT leaders, this relaxed, off-the-record session is a supportive way to learn, reflect, and connect with peers while engaging with a great book.
