Products|Change and progress in health and social systems

A number of our products address change and progress in health- and social-systems, with a focus on understanding how to support system reform processes, and about the ways in which performance can be measured. In the health system, performance is often measured against the 'triple aim' goals of enhancing the patient experience, improving population health, and keeping per capita costs manageable. In general, social systems aim to achieve similar goals but in a much broader context, focusing on: improving the social service user or citizen experience (rather than the experience of patients), improving population well-being (which includes health but includes many dimensions that go beyond health), and keeping per capita costs manageable across a range of government program and service areas. Read our products below for evidence and insights about health- and social-system reform processes and measuring performance in these systems.
